1. General
HOZMA SHOP ("we", "us") operates hozmashop.co.za. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell motorcycle parts and full motorcycles. Product images are illustrative — actual items may vary slightly. Fitment is the buyer's responsibility; please confirm compatibility with your make/model before purchasing.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT as indicated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
5. Full Motorcycles
Buyers are responsible for ensuring registration, licensing, and roadworthiness compliance in line with South African law. HOZMA SHOP is not liable for registration delays or third-party compliance costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
HOZMA SHOP is not liable for indirect damages arising from product use, including improper installation of parts. Safety-critical parts (brakes, chains) should be fitted by a qualified mechanic.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content (images, logos, text) is owned by HOZMA SHOP and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
